PrestaShop 1.6.x. How to work with “TM Olark Chat” Module

1. In your PrestaShop admin panel go to Modules and Services -> Modules and Services. In the search field type TM Olark Chat to find the module. Click the Configure button to manage it: 
2. You can set there the following options:
   • Live mode – make the chat visible to your site visitors;
   • Olark site ID – a valid Olark Chat ID.



To get the ID for your website, register on the official Olark website.
4. Save the changes.
