Please, copy this code and navigate to your Joomla admin panel Extensions ⇒ Modules section.
Click on the + New button at the top left corner, then select Custom module. This module type allows you to enter your own content using a WYSIWYG editor.
Under the Tools tab, you will see the < Source code > , please, click it and paste there your Skype Call-To-Action code.
Choose some position for your module and select the pages the module will be shown for under the Module Assignment tab.
