PrestaShop 1.6.x Troubleshooter. Theme does not show up on mobile devices

1. In your PrestaShop admin panel go to Preferences -> Themes section: 
2.  Open Mobile tab: 
3. This issue appears when the theme is set for mobile and/or smartphones layout. By default, the theme uses media queries for mobile layout. You do not need to set it for mobile layout in your admin panel. Choose I’d like to disable it option and save changes: 
4. Clear Prestashop cache. Also, clear your browser cache and refresh the page:
