Even though ONE membership and Zemez marketplace are of the same origin their inventories may differ. For example, some items are sold at the Zemez marketplace exclusively, meaning that they are not available on other platforms including ONE, and vice versa some items may be exclusive at ONE while not being available in marketplace inventory.

After termination of the subscription, the license of MonsterONE will no longer be available to you. Still, the license will remain valid for all final products created during the active period of your subscription. All active projects should be completed, published, or transferred to clients before the license expiration date.

The license terms at ONE by TemplateMonster are set to make it easy for you to work with the items provided in the subscription service, describes the rights you are provided with and the unauthorized actions you should avoid.

Yearly Unlimited License: It allows you to download and use any number of products*, included in the subscription during one year from the date of purchase, enabling you to use each individual product on any number of installations, belonging either to you or your clients.The support services are provided for all the products included in the subscription and are granted for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Lifetime Unlimited License: It allows you to download and use any number of products*, included in the subscription on any number of installations, belonging either to you or your clients, for an unlimited time. Free product support services are provided for all the products included in the subscription and are granted for 1 year from the date of purchase. Extended support may be purchased separately after free support period expires.

Further, you can find about certain restrictions applied to the use of our items:

• You are not allowed to redistribute items.
• You are not allowed to use our items for on-demand services like Saas platforms.
• You’re not allowed to use items downloaded from ONE by TemplateMonster to promote your products or services.

Any item acquired from the MonsterONE Subscription service can be used only to create an end-product. However, the value of the end-product should not be determined by the items acquired from the MonsterONE Subscription. For more details, please, check the License Terms.

You can download any number of products needed for your projects.
However, mass downloading is prohibited due to the safety measures, in order to prevent fraudulent actions (according to the Terms of Use, subclause 1.3 (b), referring to Antifraud Check).

All the items included in MonsterONE come with professional support.
The support services are:

• included in the subscription for one year, starting from the date of purchase, and can be prolonged with the subscription prolongation;
• provided via the support ticket system, all the communications carried out through emails;
• can’t be provided in case there’s an incompatibility between the items by ONE by TemplateMonster and one of the third-party products, or if there are any custom changes added to the items.

Yes. While upgrading the subscription plan, our system will automatically calculate the price difference between the number of remaining days in your current subscription and the new subscription plan.

As long as you have not downloaded MonsterONE products within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are entitled to a refund.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund of funds if you, as a subscriber, fail to deactivate the subscription before the renewal date.
