Delete customers

Not to create complex structure and prevent Magento errors, you need to:

☓ DELETE all customers’ records which are assigned to the websites you want to remove

and

LEAVE all customers’ records for the website you want to keep

[notice type=”111″] E.g. If you want to keep only one (Medical) Website, you need to delete all customers from the rest (Bikes, Furniture, Spare parts, Lingerie) websites.

So, if you want to keep the Bikes Website, you need to delete all the customers from the Medical, Furniture, Spare Parts and Lingerie websites.

➤ We will keep the Medical website, as an example, and remove the Bikes, Furniture, Spare Parts and Lingerie websites.

This means, we should delete all customers’ records from the Bikes, Furniture, Spare Parts and Lingerie websites.

Let’s delete all clients’ records from the Bikes website database.
Follow the next instructions:

1. Go to Customers > All Customers and you will see the table with the list of all the customers.

go-to-customers -all-customers-zemez-image

2. Select each Customer ☑ which is assigned to the Bikes Website and choose Delete from the actions dropdown.

In order to do this, go to the Stores > All Stores section.
